When you decided to begin your business, you had a dream and a vision of what you wanted your business to be when it "grew up". But sometimes we get so busy with the mechanics of running our companies that we forget why we really are in business to begin with. Beyond the usual reasons such as creating jobs, making a profit and contributing to the local economy, there was a dream. Something deep inside of you inspired you to start your company. It's this "being" rather than "doing" that I would like to help you remember. Because when you speak to your customers from your heart, they will listen.
